I’ve worked as a songwriter for nine years, as a producer for four years and as a musician for almost fifteen years. I also used to be the co-lead singer and acoustic guitarist/bass player in a band called Clark. For me, a good song is a good song… That’s why I don’t really have a favourite genre of music. But I’ve mainly worked with pop, rock, soul and RnB.
The platform I use is Cubase 5.
Some of my equipment: Neumann TLM 103, AKG C3000B, ESI nEar 08, Event TR 5, Joemeek One Q, Sequential Cirquits Prophet 5 and numerous software synths and plug-ins. I also have a nice collection of guitars, basses and amps. My main instruments are vocals, guitar and bass, but I also play a lot of piano/keyboard. Since I do several genres I think
the melody combined with the production is the most important to create the right feeling. I have several cuts in Japan and Europe and if you write good music I’m always open for co-writes or custom made songs.
