Alexander Holmgren works out of RoastingHouse Studio 3 and has his own artist career going a long side his songwriting. Alexander is also a talented musician, touring with some of Sweden’s biggest artist such as Måns Zelmerlöw, Tingsek, Robin Stjernberg, Carola, Jill Jonson but is mainly a songwriter/producer at RoastingHouse Music in Sweden.

Alexander’s co-write song “Bounce” with Cho Yong Pil won the M-Net “Song of the year” in Asia as well as 4 other prestigious awards. He has numerous cuts with Asian superstar such as Max Changmin, TVXQ, SUPER JUNOIR, Lead and many more but also western artists like Dante Thomas, Måns Zelmerlöw and rising star Moya etc.

I write music that I hope makes you feel something, whatever that feeling might be. The element of surprise is also an important part of my music. I’m not comfortable in the middle of the road…
I was brought up with the (in my opinion) greatest singers, songwriters and musicians in the world. Sam Cooke, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye and Otis Redding are a few of the artists from whom I draw my inspiration.

I live and breathe music, always have. It’s my whole life.
