The new single “Guan Bu Zhu De Mi Mi” of actress/pop-star Terri Kwan is composed by Måns Ek (RoastingHouse) and Christian Fasth (Razorboy Music Publ) with Chinese lyrics by Wu Yi-Wei. Check out the video here !

The music legends SMOKIE cut Ka-Ching’s custom made song “Nothing hurts (like a broken heart)”. It’s the first album with original material from Smokie in 7 years, recorded in Yorkshire ,England, 12 songs in 12 days , back to the roots , the band sounding better than ever with strong songs and good vibes.The hardest working band in show biz back to put a smile on your face and a song in your heart.
The album, titled “Take a minute”, is out all across Europe in Autumn 2010.

PAIN OF SALVATION

Pain of Salvation is of course the band that will perform in the Swedish Melodifestival with Daniel’s song “Road Salt”. It was announced yesterday to Swedish media but it wasn’t sure the members could attend the huge press conference since they are still touring and head off to Australia next together with Dream Theatre. The city they are performing in the Melodifestival is Örnsköldsvik on February 6, 2010. The band has also just released an EP called “Linoleum” (InsideOut Music), check it out !

We’re very happy to announce that this week we have songs on the No 1 selling single in Japan as well as No 2 !!! Tomohisa Yamashita’s single “Loveless” is No 1, selling more than 190 000 copies the first week, and Exile “The Generation” is still doing well on 2nd place. Andreas Johansson wrote “Moon ligtht” (together with Ali Atie) and “Run from you” on Yamashita’s long awaited single. So a big RoastingHouse Music writers day in Japan !

October 1st, 2009Once again White Jam will release a new single “Dance with me” written by Alex Holmgren and Henrik Hansson on October 14. The song was originally produced by Alex and this single version is arranged by Chockkaku who is the most successful arranger in Japan right now.
